domino_admin_toolkit.checks.pre_upgrade.test_postgres.test_flyte_postgres_collation(domino_version, platform_namespace, flows_is_enabled)

Description:

Log the flyte-postgres collation version.

Postgres uses an operating system level collation version from the version of glibc. If the collation version of the flyte-postgres image used for the upgrade is different from the collation version currently used by the flyte-postgres database, then the upgrade will fail.
